Add advanced connection pool sizing guidance

Application deployment and workloads can vary quite a bit and there is no one size fits all connection pooling guidance we can give customers. We should add an interactive form that can help users size things like max connections, connection lifetime etc. See the following spreadsheet on how we can optimally calculate workload based connection pool limits:
