I think this is a stupid idea.

@sandstrom what are you talking about? rubocop had a long discussion about why renaming a major open source project was not worth it. This is a request to change the name of the default branch name a change that takes almost no effort, and has no actual impact on the actual project. Also, just re-iterating this -- This is now the DEFAULT behavior when creating new projects on github.
