Link to origin for external docs

For the docs that are imported from external sources, add a notice that the original is elsewhere, then link to the origin docs, and possibly even have a quick link to edit the original document.

It would help solve https://github.com/cockpit-project/cockpit-project.github.io/pull/526#pullrequestreview-977910767 a bit.
