Mention copr preview more prominently for RHEL/CentOS/etc.?

Should we mention this more prominently on the website?

Not sure, maaaaybe -- it's not interesting for Fedora, as we upload current Cockpit versions to Fedora proper anway. It might be interested for RHEL/CentOS 8 users, or 9 once it gets released. I.e. we might add it to the RHEL/CentOS sections perhaps

The COPR was definitely interesting for at least one of our users on Rocky, so I'm pretty certain it'd be interesting for others using Cockpit on RHEL, CentOS Stream 8, Rocky, and Alma.
