[Request] Ability to use cloud-init to configure static IP address

Currently, when creating a VM with Cockpit, the "Automation" tab allows users to customize some aspects of a VM utilizing cloud-init. This should be enhanced to also support configuring a static IP address, as in some environments users prefer to not use DHCP, or might not have DHCP available on the subnet.
