testmap: add rhel-10-0 to sub-man & sub-man-cockpit

Add rhel-10-0 as image for sub-man & sub-man-cockpit, to their branches that target RHEL 10.

Remove them from manual definitions.

Hopefully https://github.com/candlepin/subscription-manager-cockpit/pull/75 should fix it, at least it worked fine when testing locally.
