This feels like the merging of [CodeDepends](https://cloud.r-project.org/web/packages/CodeDepends/vignettes/intro.html) and [YesWorkflow](https://github.com/yesworkflow-org/yw-prototypes) / [Live Demo](http://absflow.westus.cloudapp.azure.com/), which would be very useful.

@nicknytko I have no problem exposing the later tests. For my use case, I'm verifying a specific completion condition. e.g. "no loops" or "no importing {module}", after testing for accuracy.
