spawn multiple executor instances for multi-agent testing

It would be helpful to have straightforward tooling to spawn multiple ad4m executors such that multi-agent network testing can be done. Perhaps this would be done in ad4m-cli like the following: ad4m executor run --agent 2 which would run an executor exposing the graphql api at different port numbers
