Links have a isFinalized property; which will be set to true if link was received from linkLanguage pull()

• will allow us to emit link data on gossip signals to allow for fast receiving of messages where many diff branches are occuring at once
• links should resolve to isFinalized once we receive the link from a proper pull() in the link language and then can be marked in the UI as "complete"
