Client side live reload, hot module reloading, NPM integration through shadow CLJS, easy CSS processing with stuff like CSSNano etc.

Live reload is default for a lot of frameworks in 2019. Rails, Phoenix etc. all have a preferred and integrated way for dealing with front end assets and code. Shadow CLJS allows for easy NPM integration. Hiccup is very simple and barebones, so it should be easy to build on top of and optimize the output.
