"whitelisting" is a thing some subdivisions do. If this was to be added it would be up to the subdivisions to decide if they want to restrict access or not

How would you know who is a "whitelisted gang member" so you can send them the text. Nothing in the framework differentiates gang members from legal people from crims, etc....

I like it but also, burger shot IS a restaurant. A full on burger is not a snack, thats a meal

If the model seat data is in memory, it returns the valid number of seats; otherwise it will fall back to the number of seats in the vehicle model's layout....
