Coala logo not appearing in VS-Code Extension summary screen

When the Coala extension is selected in VS-Code. The logo is missing in two places.

  • In the large circular hero/avatar space next to the title there is a placeholder

  • The file shown at the bottom is the README. The logo appears in the README on github, but not in VS-Code.

I have created pull request #54 which adds the logo to docs/images.
