Dependency [guess-language-spirit] cannot be found.

While trying to install requirements of coala-bears I encountered this dependency issue.

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement guess-language-spirit~=0.5.2 (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for guess-language-spirit~=0.5.2

OS : Ubuntu 20.04 Python : 3.6.0 pip : 21.3

Also tried with lower versions of pip.
