No way to configure the extension, no right click options menu

Hi,

I just installed espresso extension in Ubuntu 22.04

The documentation shows a set of configurable options, which there is no apparent way to access.

The universal right click on extension icon triggers a switch in fill/empty cup, which I suspect is a bug and should instead bring the options dialog.
