Battery level detection for auto-disabling Espresso

Open msmafra opened this issue 3 years ago • 2 comments

Hello there!

I am so accustomed to Caffeine and now Espresso, that every time my laptop is on battery I thought the power management and/or NVIDIA drivers were causing shutdowns. It is funny how used to it, I am that never thought before that it could be interfering. So a battery level threshold field would be very welcomed.

msmafra - What were you thinking? Maybe a field on the options tab that lets you set a battery percentage and turn off Espresso if the battery reaches or drops below that percentage? Not sure that this is something I could/would do quickly - but I can look into it and do some basic research to see what is possible.

It would be a very good addition. Thank you kindly
