Are you running under WSL on windows? `sshcode` doesn't support windows natively

I'm thinking it's probably an issue caused by the windows SSH command interpreting the bash script incorrectly since that script should be running on the remote host

I don't have a super big opinion but the script makes a lot more sense to me considering there haven't been any commits to this in the past year, and...

sshcode has much less visibility than code-server as well. With a script inside code-server we can get many more eyes on it and ensure it's always up to date.
