Add helper script for API links posting

Providing a helper that can take text, i.e.:

And because it's Friday and I want to leave y'all with some fun, there's the wonderful http.cat resource, which you give it an HTTP status code, and it gives you a cat! I.e. https://http.cat/418

And convert it to:

2021-11-04,https://http.cat/418,title of page

As well as:
