Import bulk urls from csv or text file

Hi, It would be awesome if I could upload a bulk of URLs via CSV file or text file in this format :

Url | Title https://github.com/cnwangjie/better-onetab/issues/new | Github issue page

Later I can also choose what the batch size I want is, so if there are 100 URLs and I set batch size 5, then it will create 50 groups of URLs similarly if I choose 50 batch size, it will create five groups/sessions on the tab page.
