Cloud Sync Not Working.

Cloud sync not working for me. Tested on a Mac and on a windows device separately, across different browsers.

期望行为 (expected behavior): tabs sync across browsers and devices

重现步骤 (reproduce step): Authorized access to both Google and GitHub - No sync. Provided access to Google only - no success. Provided access to GitHub only - no success.

How is it supposed to work? I logged into the Github but don't see where and how I could possibly sync with another device.
