Feature Request: we need to support Rancher users to deploy the octopus and edge UI directly from the catalog apps (currently only for k3s clusters)

Todos:

  • [ ] support to deploy the octopus and edge-ui from the rancher catalog apps (currently only need to support k3s cluster)
    • [ ] add questions.yaml to the octopus chart
