Added Selective Stretch
Implemented "Selective Stretch", which lets users specify a range of hues and only enhance them, leaving the rest unaltered.
- Added LayerDstretch to handle dstretch filters
- Added a few sample images (courtesy of WikiMedia Foundation)
- Added 2 examples in index.js
- Added ShaderFilterDstretch and ShaderFilterSelectiveStretch to enable stretching algorithms as filters
