apis about camera can not work

Dear developer, I have been using pymeshlab to fulfill a requirement recently. I read in two stl files corresponding to two modes of the same object (characterized by having the same height), and I want to obtain a snapshot of their front faces (ideally, the upper and lower edges of the object should be exactly the same in the two snapshots). However, I found that the distance parameter of the camera in pymeshlab seems to be different in this case, resulting in snapshots with different scales. I have tried several interfaces related to the camera (such as apply_cameras_scaling and apply_cameras_rotation), but none of them make any difference compared to the snapshot saved before using these interfaces. I am very frustrated and hope to get your answer. My data is in stl format, and the version of pymeshlab is 2022.2.post3.
