At start RAD I got message: No se encuentra el punto de entrada del procedimiento @System@Classes@TFieldsCache@$bcctr$qqrv en la biblioteca de vinculos dinamicos c:\program Files (x86)\CnPack\CnWizards\CnWizards_D103R.dll.

Do you use 10.3.1 or 10.3.2? CnWizards 1.1.9.991 is compiled by Delphi 10.3.3. It's incompatible with 10.3.2 or less.

However, we still keep the old compiled CnWizards DLL, you can just run "Disable CnWizards" from startmenu, and run "Enable CnWizards" to re-install old CnWizards DLL to 10.3.3.
