Docker image is not working from examples/docker-jail

There is no explanation on how to setup the a docker container using jail-task-driver. Also there is a hard dependency on gtar to uncompress docker images that could be handled on the driver code. There is a need to add documentation on the driver to which are the requirements on FreeBSD to be able to execute Linux binaries.
