Thanks for providing all the info! It looks like the project is progressing very well. It would be great if you could seek more contributors from other geolocations. As to technical writing document support, you may want to reach out to TAG Contributor Strategy. TAG contributor strategy is working on a "contributor opportunity board" which will connect people who are seeking contributor opportunities with projects that need help.
