Health of working groups at TOC level - (CI / Networking / Storage)

Are there still active? If not, is it time to wrap them up?

Networking and Storage have transitioned into TAGs, I think CI needs to be closed out. I'll leave this open for a week or so to let someone correct me if that's not accurate.
