Record account owners for websites: Google analytics & CSE, Netlify, DNS
I don't know where we should record this information -- maybe at least in the website repo README or maybe an OWNERS file?
Other related info:
- We're searching for the owners/admins of the Kubernetes website CSE account.
Maybe this items should be added to the website guidelines and/or checklist. Thoughts @nate-double-u?

It's not private info (needing to be publicly in the site to work), so I think including all the Google info (and where to find it) in a site README is a good idea.
If this assumption (that it's public data) isn't true, then we need to share at least enough info for future maintainers to be able to figure out how to change things (or who to ask).

I've broadened the scope of this issue to include: analytics, Netlify and DNS accounts (in addition to Google search accounts). All of these are important, and quite difficult to recover after folks have moved on.
This issue is meant to remind us to document the need for this info (e.g., in our website assessment docs), and also start recording the info for various projects.
