Hello,

This is my contribution to tag-storage to make it look better then before. Differences can be viewed by looking at my repository.

Mind you that by pulling this pull-request the other PRs: #54 will be obsoleted - As there's a completely new layout for README.md #50 has never been merged is there any reason for this?

Also mind that I put a lot of effort into making the storage whitepaper the current version (v2) and putting this inside github instead of a Google Document would make a ton of more sense in my personal opinion.
