Added "In practice" "Commen source of useful metadata" to whitepaper.md.

Thanks for this! Feel free to rebase - we just released 1.0, so doc is now open again for 1.1 work.

Generally I am not sure if this deserves a new section. I think what you want to suggest is that tools like Backstage gives us metadata. However if we want to mention this I would try to be more precise and specific. What metadata, how you can add it with current OSS tooling?

It also feels you want to mention other ways of acting upon observability data (e.g. problem with certain container). I think this has potential, but we need to find solid place for it.

Hi,

I also think it does not deserves a new section, but back when I first wrote this part I asked in TAG-Observability slack channel and we did find a section where it fits and I still not sure where it fits. May be it would be good in "Use Cases" "Alerting on Observability data". Of cause it needs some rework to fit there.
