[Action] Further define WG Comms Roles
Description
The Comms WG has multiple different sub-lead roles which need further defining. This will help more people get involved and help in our goal of defining what the WG will achieve.
What we currently have:
- Social Media - Social Media Coordinator to manage TAG ENVs social media presence and posts
- Blog - Blog Coordinator to manage TAG ENVs blog posts submissions and schedule
- Website - Website Coordinator to manage TAG ENVs website content and in coming changes
- Event - Event Coordinator to manage TAG ENVs in person or virtual meetups
- Contributor Experience - Contributor experience coordinator to manage how the TAG best engages with new contributors

Outcome
WG Comms sub-lead handbooks and access to relevant credentials to do those roles.

About "Social Media" role and after today's comms meeting: I'm not an expert but if @guidemetothemoon needs some help especially with Linkedin posts I can help.
Thanks for volunteering @vallss ! I can keep the social media lead role as we discussed earlier, unless anyone else would like to take over. But it would be great to have a few more to help writing social media posts so that we share even more content every week. If you're interested in helping out with that, it would be great! I know that @Nancy-Chauhan is also willing to help with content for Cloud Native Sustainability Week as well, which is awesome💚
@vallss @Nancy-Chauhan if you're still ok with helping out, in the coming days I can share access to our Buffer scheduling tool with you and create a short doc on how to do what and where😁 To confirm, please send me your email addresses (in DM f.ex.) that I can provide access to Buffer tool for.
Coming back round to this, we will start with a document and try to define these roles more. We will consider if there is anything else we need for roles, and what tools/access these leads might need. We can keep in mind different projects and WG Comms goals going forwards too!
@vallss and I will start work on this and then we will discuss in a meeting before consolidating into the repo.
We've started a document about this which we would love people to review and edit! This includes some bullet points for defining the roles as well as some notes for things that would go in a "role handbook".
