Translate in French the Platforms Glossary

I used the main Glossary already translated in French as reference/inspiration too: https://glossary.cncf.io/fr.

In draft mode for now, I will ask French native people to review this first, before officially submitting this PR for final review/approval. I'll update this PR accordingly when ready.
