bug: new translation has superseded all others

Very excited to have Brazilian Portugese on the site, but I think that #529 has caused an issue with the translation drop down.

Specifically on https://tag-app-delivery.cncf.io/whitepapers/platform-eng-maturity-model/ we now go straight to br-pt and can not switch to any other language (only English is listed and it does not actually change the page): image

I suspect this is a small change but I looked at some key suspects (e.g. the page in the wg directory itself) and could't spot it. I wonder if @cjyabraham may have a keen eye for this? In the mean time, @angellk I wonder if we should revert or try to roll forward quickly? 🤔

It looks like the whitepaper symlink in /content/pt-br/wgs/platforms/ is confusing the language switcher. In the Korean translation, the whitepaper is translated in the appropriate /content/ko/ directory and does not use a symlink. Is that the eventual plan for a Brazilian translation? In the meantime, can we remove the symlink that points to the English version?
