Next steps for WG Chaos Engg

Hi folks - this issue is to discuss the state of the Chaos Engineering WG, with home repo at https://github.com/cncf/chaosengineering-wg. It seems there's been no activity in the WG for a long time. Is its work done and should we close it?

@prithvi1307 @umamukkara @ksatchit can you give us a quick report on the state of the WG - how are meetings going, what projects and goals are you pursuing and on what timelines? Are several chaos and resilience testing frameworks contributing - do you need help involving them?

In the last TAG general meeting we agreed to close WG Chaos now.

Need to first create a PR to archive the group, how about that PR will close/fix this issue?
