[email protected] is the best place for that.

Marking lots off! You should have gotten invites for the maintainers list and service desk, let me know if not.
Thanks! I have been invited to maintainer list and service desk now!
Got a question, now maintainer list for aeraki mesh has been created, but it is for maintainers, right? Can we create a mail list for aeraki users/contributors? @amye

Taken care of in ServiceDesk!
Hello @Xunzhuo ! My name is Crystal Mierly and I am the new project coordinator in charge of onboarding sandbox projects! I saw that we have your trademark agreement and went ahead and checked that off :)
Next steps would be the transfer of artwork and domain! If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process, please don't hesitate to reach out!
@RobertKielty is this one set up for license scanning? Can we mark that complete?
Hi @Xunzhuo
I'm working on closing out some of our older Sandbox onboarding checklists. It seems we have a few open tasks here to complete.
- [ ] Domain: transfer aeraki.net domain to the CNCF - https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/theme/portal/2/create/63
- [ ] Website: Google Analytics transferred to [email protected]
- [x] Adopt a license scanning tool, like FOSSA or Snyk @RobertKielty can help
Hi @Xunzhuo, we have two license scanners configured to track compliance with the CNCF 3rd Party License Policy. I can send out invitations to the team to allow you to scan your code repos on either FOSSA or Snyk.
Which service would you prefer to use?
@zhaohuabing thank you for importing the main code repo into CNCF FOSSA.
There are 27 repos in https://github.com/aeraki-mesh org
@Xunzhuo and @krook plase review the repos in the org to see if any more repos need to be scanned to ensure compliance with the 3rd Party License policy.
The guidance would be that any repo that releases artefacts to the end-user community should be scanned for 3rd Party License Policy complilance. Not clear to me if any more repos should be added. Let me know.
Hi @Xunzhuo and @zhaohuabing,
Just two more onboarding tasks left.
- [ ] Transfer your aeraki.net domain to the CNCF. The "LF Stakeholder email" is [email protected]. The "Project" is CNCF.
- [ ] Website: Google Analytics transferred to [email protected]. You can invite this address as an admin.

@RobertKielty these two repos need to be scanned, thanks! https://github.com/aeraki-mesh/aeraki https://github.com/aeraki-mesh/meta-protocol-proxy

Thanks @zhaohuabing, were there any analytics to transfer? It wasn't clear from your comment whether you had done that task or not.

Hi @krook thanks for your help with the transferring. Somehow I can't open the Google analytics site.
Hi @krook thanks for your help with the transferring. Somehow I can't open the Google analytics site.
Do you mean that you don't have access to it?
@zhaohuabing thanks for initiating the domain transfer. Did you get access to Google Analytics? Are you able to invite [email protected] as an admin to it?
@krook Sorry I still got problems accessing the Google Analytics website. Is it possible that we change the track id to a CNCF one?

@chalin this shouldn't be an issue correct?
I still got problems accessing the Google Analytics website.
Are you saying that you no longer have access to your own analytics console (for measurement ID G-HP5KDQFVCH)? Is there someone in your org who still has access?
@zhaohuabing - the usual process is to make [email protected] an admin of your existing GA org account so that we can transfer it to a CNCF-managed org. This allows us to preserve analytics history.
Is it possible that we change the track id to a CNCF one?
Yes, but it would be preferable to transfer the existing account if you can regain access. Otherwise, yes, we can if necessary create a new analytics property.
Unfortunately, Google analytics console was unstable - mostly likely because I accessed using a VPN.
I finally managed to get into the analytics console but found the existing ID is not there. Looks like this ID was not tracked.
Ok, then it sounds like it's easiest just to create a new one since there'd be no history to worry about @chalin
I've created the new GA4 property, for details see:
@zhaohuabing @RobertKielty @nate-double-u: The website is hosted on Netlify, can one of you grant me access so that I can configure the new GA4 property?
@zhaohuabing - the website is built using a very old version of Hugo (and Docsy). Only recent versions of Hugo and Docsy support GA4. That might explain why analytics wasn't working.
Actually, it seems to be working, so here's a PR with the configuration set up:
I'd still like to know where the Netlify account is, and who has access. I'm assuming Netlify account transfer is also a part of the onboarding process.
