Send out evaluation form by August 22, 2022 (to give mentors time to respond) Evaluations are due August 31, 2022

@jaytiaki @thisisobate @jberkus @geekygirldawn, I have created and shared the google form for this -- but I'll be on vacation when it needs to be sent out. Let me know if one of you would like to send it out or if you'd like me to schedule the email before I head off.
