Add LinkedIn URL for projects/companies

We should have cards have the ability to have a linkedin URL just like we do with twitter URLs, e.g., https://github.com/cncf/landscape/issues/2952

We should also display this in the UI natively.

I think it is not used for CNCF anymore, they switched to a new version of the landscape
