Create tech radar

Fork https://opensource.zalando.com/tech-radar/ and https://github.com/zalando/tech-radar to create a new view of the landscape, where you get the landscape card when you click on an item.

Probably best for it to live in its own repo but fetch data from cncf/landscape.
