Add (Continuous) Profiling section under observability

There are a number of projects and products focusing on (continuous) profiling in the cloud-native ecosystem. They don't fit into monitoring, logging, or tracing, rather continuous profiling complements these.

Also, DataDog and Instana have products for this, but I'm not sure what the policy is about putting the same company on the landscape multiple times potentially. The projects and products above are all purely about continuous profiling.

@jordinl83 I think we need to consider redoing the observability section of the cloud native landscape

We can combine logging and tracing and monitoring into just "Telemetry" and lump everything there.

We can then add the"Continuous Profiling" section

We have "Continuous Optimization" now and also merged a ton of things under "Observability" now
