This term is about describing the term PaaS in simple words, which will help people to understand the various types of Cloud services and capabilities.
Why this term needs to be added? (briefly)
This term helps people to understand the PaaS service, and as i checked in CNCF Glossary this term was missing, i want to fulfill this gap, and want to make my first CNCF contribution.

Hello @kumarankit999 , Thanks for the response. For the question, why PaaS term need to be added in Glossary? So PaaS is important in terms of Cloud and it's Usage, it will help the people to understand the Cloud and various types of cloud services which will help them to get started with Cloud and Cloud native tools. And as i checked in Glossary IaaS is added but PaaS is missing, So it will help to differentiate between them which is good for understanding both the terms. Thanks.

Hei @manojrayar. Sorry for the late response and thanks for the motivation to contribute. So the thing is, we have already a page for PaaS but it is marked as deprecated, see: https://github.com/cncf/glossary/blob/main/content/en/platform-as-a-service.md.
So I brought it to the maintainer team and we get to you as soon as there is a conclusion on how to proceed :) Thanks
@manojrayar talked to the maintainers and we agreed to accept the term. However, please in the future be a bit more patient with opening a PR before a term was accepted. I appreciate your efforts in the PR, but I will ask you to take the existing term and update it with your content accordingly. Thanks :)
