What this term is about? (briefly)

• Telemetry is one of the additional three factors introduced in Beyond the Twelve-Factor App. Developing your application is only the first aspect of a cloud-native developer’s job.

Why this term needs to be added? (briefly)

• Telemetry is an essential part of any cloud-native app these days and it's also included in the new 15-factor guidelines.
