OpenEBS - Donation Document

I wish to get a copy of the OpenEBS donation contract. Emily Fox suggested I raise an issue here to request it.

Background: I work for DataCore. In about 1999, MayaData donated OpenEBS to CNCF. Couple years later DataCore acquired MayaData. Somewhere during this time, we've lost the donation contract / agreement that records the donation.

Can I get a copy of the contract?

Reason: I want to make sure everyone in the company is aware of the terms and conditions in the contract.
