Get custom project lists in LFX insights / org dashboard

This is being worked on by the LFX teams.

Following the TAB offsite, these are the requests:

  • Build on the existing "key projects" functionality and extend this to allow multiple and custom project lists
  • Allow lists to belong to organizations, not individuals. This covers for an individual leaving an org, allows for easy sharing in the org
