call out to end users for domain reference architectures

Topics of interest coming from our 2nd public meeting on 2025-07-21:

Multi-cluster
Air-gapped/regulated environments
Data pipelines

The goal is to ask end users with good examples of deployments in this area to come forward with reference architectures.

Hi @daxmc99, it is wonderful to meet you! We are very excited to add a new chapter in Phoenix. We do require a minimum of two organizers to start a new community group. Do you perhaps have a co-organizer from the Phoenix Kubernetes Meetup who would like to join the effort? Cheers, Helena
