Establish KCNA Certification

The goal is to establish a Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate (KCNA) certification in time for kubecon NA:

The four co-leads from the community will be Chris Aniszczyk (co-lead), Katie Gamanji (co-lead), Divya Mohan (co-lead), Jeffrey Sica (co-lead), with Katie being the primary person responsible for execution.

The steps to completion are:

• [x] Secure volunteers to create curriculum/questions
• [x] Bootstrap meeting with initial folks and Certiverse team
• [x] Setup recurring weekly meeting with SME volunteers
• [x] Define domains for the KCNA
• [x] Define tasks/questions for the KCNA
• [ ] Run beta with a handful of initial testers
• [ ] Press launch at KubeCon NA
