Does PurpleIRC work with newer versions of ReportRTS?

I am going to try and upgrade ReportRTS to its latest build after some issues with 1.9, I was curious if this build comment meant anything about how PurpleIRC might interact with ReportRTS?

That comment is accurate. The new version of ReportRTS is not compatible with PurpleIRC.

I'll need to implement the necessary changes to PurpleIRC. It's quite a few changes. I'll try to keep backwards compatibility.
