Broadcast New Players to IRC

Is there a way to have a message sent to IRC based on bot or config when a brand new player joins the server? Essentials allows a custom broadcast to be sent when a new player joins, I would like something similar to happen in IRC

Yes. Add game-first-join to the enabled-messages section
