Request for a tagged release

Please tag a release so that I can package sphinxbase for use on ChromeOS via Chromebrew.

Hello, I am restarting maintenance of PocketSphinx. Sadly there does not seem to be a tag for 0.8 which is the last really stable release, but there should be a new one soon.
