The code in blandwidth is designed to make it easier for someone to make a linux_blandwidth.c file that would allow blandwidth to be build on Linux. However, I am far too busy to do this myself. If someone does wish to do this, I would be happy to figure out some way to remove the current dependency on %Iu formatting, which presumably will be difficult to work around on Linux.
