Cannot install from the update site

Hi, I am using Eclipse Mars. When I installed from the suggested updated site https://raw.githubusercontent.com/cmu-sei/emfta/mars/edu.cmu.emfta.updatesite

It seems Eclipse cannot download EMFTA from the site. It shows nothing in the Available Software in Install New Software in Eclipse.
