Unable to understand the ground.truth file of the real data

When the ground truth file of a dataset starts with /knowledge addtemporal, and then followed by list of features, if any row has 3 features mentioned, how we interpret what are the edges in that file.

For example, in the ground truth file of abalone which is a real dataset, https://github.com/cmu-phil/example-causal-datasets/blob/main/real/abalone/ground.truth/abalone.knowledge.txt , how we describe the relationships between different nodes like Shkw, Shlw and VisW?

Please help me understand this format of ground truth file and for the above example how we can represent the causal graph that describes the relationship between different nodes of the dataset?
